This interactive session involves discussions of intercultural skillfulness in the workplace beyond basic awareness. Designed for managers and supervisors, this session emphasizes the connections between diversity, change management, teamwork and leadership at both the personal and organizational levels. Participants will examine the concept of “intercultural-with-it-ness”, a hallmark characteristic for 21st century leaders.
